It will encourage and motivate women of all ages to step out of the box, take more risks, pursue uncommon dreams, and communicate more boldly with friends, family, lovers and colleagues.

Two sisters took a vacation in Italy, embarking on a new life after giving up dreams, careers and spouses. It had been years since they were both single at the same time.

With whimsy, humor, and a dose of straight dope, Anne and Jane share their stories and testimonies of friends.

When two feisty, fearless females take a cross-Atlantic spree to Rome, Italy, they do more than don the adage… when in Rome! They reunite their sisterly bond on Italian shores and create a 7-step rulebook THE SEVEN ROMAN RULES (with one bonus lesson added), to inspire, insight, and instruct us mere mortals on how to experience a more carefree, joie de vivre existence. Whether they actually channel the Roman centurion’s mythical playbook or not… may be up for discussion? But what they do come up with is an easily readable, conversational, fast-paced companion guide to letting go, feeling free, and extinguishing the limiting beliefs that have held us back in the past while gently prodding us forward with helpful tools to experience a more expansive, rich and fulfilling future. To Life! Brava bellissimas!
— Douglas Wickard, Amazon bestselling author of the Sami Saxton series and FBI Detective Dan Hammer novels
